Ragdoll Kitten Purchase Contract

This agreement ("Contract") is made on this [date] between [Seller's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and [Buyer's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Kitten Information:

 a. Breed: Ragdoll

 b. Date of Birth: [Date]

 c. Color/Markings: [Description]

 d. Gender: [Male/Female]

 e. Name (if applicable): [Name]

2. Purchase Price and Payment Terms:

 a. The total purchase price for the Ragdoll kitten is [Amount in currency].

 b. The Buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to reserve the kitten, with the remaining balance of [Amount in currency] due on or before [Date].

 c. Payment shall be made Venmo, Zelle or by Bank Wire Transfer.

3. Health Guarantee:

 a. The Seller guarantees that, to the best of their knowledge, the kitten is in good health at the time of sale.

 b. The Buyer has 10 days from the date of purchase to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian. If any significant health issues are found, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 3 days and provide a written veterinary report.

 c. If a significant health issue is confirmed, the Seller will provide a replacement kitten of equal value.

 d. The Buyer acknowledges that minor health issues, such as common respiratory infections or parasites, may occur due to stress during the transition period and are not covered under this guarantee.

4. Vaccination and Medical Records:

 a. The Seller will provide the Buyer with the kitten's vaccination records, including dates and types of vaccinations administered.

 b. The Seller will also provide any other relevant medical records, such as deworming or flea treatments.

5. Spay/Neuter Agreement:

 a. If the kitten is not already spayed or neutered at the time of purchase, the Buyer agrees to have the procedure done by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 b. The Buyer must provide the Seller with proof of spay/neuter within 7 days of the procedure.

6. Breeding Restrictions:

 a. The Buyer agrees that the kitten is being purchased as a pet and not for breeding purposes.

 b. The Buyer agrees to have the kitten spayed or neutered as per the Spay/Neuter Agreement.

7. Return Policy:

 a. At anytime from the date of purchase, the Buyer is unable to keep the kitten, the Seller will accept the return of the kitten.

 b. The Seller will not issue a refund for the kitten. All sales are final unless this is regarding a health issue. 

 c. The Buyer is responsible for any transportation costs associated with returning the kitten.

8. Transfer of Ownership:

 a. Ownership of the kitten will be transferred to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment.

 b. The Seller will provide the Buyer with a signed and dated proof of purchase.

9. Legal Jurisdiction:

 a. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 b. Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved in the courts of California.

1. You Agree that the kitten will not be declawed as it is inhumane.
2. Entire Agreement:

 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral.

By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Ragdoll Kitten Purchase Contract and agree to be bound by its terms.
